I walked, wll power walked. And dd Cardio Coach on n elliptical. I wanted to get as fit as I could, I thinkit put me in a good mindset.

Early on I did lap swimming and water aerobics (water proof MP3 player is a must for laps) because I had a really bad knee problem. I still swim but now that my knee is so much better (170 pounds lost) I do 5-7 mile walk daily. I like the elliptical, my knee no longer likes bikes of any kind.
