Well The one thing I can tell you is after the surgery is over the nurses will try to get you to drink water and walk, even though you may not feel like walking.....PUSH yourself I cried when they told me I couldnt go home until I could move around, so I got up and walked up and down that hallway and it did relieve alot of the gas pressure I felt! so thats the 1 piece of advice I can give you! I was banded on August 3 and I weighed 315lbs and now I weigh 255!! Good luck! its an amazing Journey,I suggest everyone keep a journal....
