Hello everyone I was watching different peoples journey on youtube as some of you allready know i'm documenting mine on youtube as well. Anyway Watching other Journeys I came to the conclusion thta it's harder to gain the weight than it is to lose it if you have 15 minutes of free time I invite you to watch my video and please comment your opinion/thoughts on what I said.     Hi thanks! No I do Caloriecount.com and believe me my diet is really healthy I actually eat 6 times a day lots of protein, veggies and carbs as well ;-)
