Congrats! I have the same question as you. My consultation is on the 29th.

First consult in general or first meeting with the surgeon? At my first consult I met with a Nurse Practitioner, Nutritionist and Psychologist. The NP told me how much weight I needed to loose before surgery; Nut. talked about healthy eating habits (I had already lost 50lbs on my own so I knew how to loose weight), and the Psychologist wanted to see if I was stable enough to handle the stress tha comes with surgery.

About a month later I met with the sugeon. Where I asked a lot of a questions about the surgery.
