I've noticed that since my surgery last week, when I fall asleep, I sweat really bad. Last night I woke up around midnight and was drenched, literally had to change my clothes and my hair was wet underneath. So weird! Is this something that is common after surgery? I go from being freezing to feeling like I'm having a hot flash while I'm awake too. I keep taking my temp thinking I have a fever but I'm totally in the normal range so it's not that. Weird....

I have had similar after surgery, and not just band surgery either. Like you, I've sworn I must've had a fever but never actually did. I never did figure out what caused it, but I just assumed it was my body's adverse reaction to either anesthetic or some other drug they gave me while in the hospital.
