Best wishes and good luck with surgery. The pain meds will take care of any discomfort. Follow doctors post surgery advice and take pain meds as directed. Have a heating pad ready to help alleviate any gas. I was banded on Aug 6 and had a relatively easy post surgery. I drove my car the next day and 2 days after surgery I attended a weight reduction meeting at my nearby hospital. SIP plenty of Water.

Keep the faith

Just relax. The Anastesia was the best.I never slept so good.Felt like I was in an out in a minite

Everything happened so fast for me I didn't have time to really take it all in and be nervous. I had mine done at a private clinic.........They took me in at 745 and I was on the operating table by 8 and home by noon. I had no pain but took pain killers for 24hrs just in case. Sipped alot of water, took my gasx and slept with my heating pad. It was just a haze for me the first 24hrs as you are still pretty medicated. You will do just fine.
