You will be fine. How much weight have you lost so far on the liquid diet?

Hi there, I cheated twice on my pre op diet. Same as you, I just broke down.

My surgery is the day after yours. I have lost 6 lbs so far on my pre op diet but 21 lbs since Christmas.

So far I've lost like 10-12 pounds.....But I found out that eating real food comes with a price......I'm sure if I did gain a pound or two, I've lost it all over again!!!!

  • 2 weeks later...

On my way to the hospital I think I'm kind of nervous.
