    Eat before you go so your not starving. Eat very slow small amounts and chew like crazy. Stop eating when you have had enough and have a ball! Go dance off the calories!!!! ;)

    as elle said and i concur, eat something before you go (have some little healthy Snacks in your purse)

    maybe some crystal light if you want to mix it w/water
