I'm sorry you are having headaches! If you really need to take something, take it, just make sure you wash it down with plenty of Water. If you are having lots of recurrent headaches, you will probably want to get them assessed.

Depending on the headache, I take alieve with a huge glass of water or excedrine brands. Feel better!

headaches are quite often a result of dehydration, esp with bandsters. instead of treating it with drugs, try a few glasses of Water first. it will help to rehydrate you. if that still doesn't work liquid tylenol is good, and so is taking a pill. you can also crush an asprin in some yogurt or sugar free pudding.

this is stuff my doctor told me. I was very concerned about needing to take pills once banded.

If it's just normal headaches, liquid tylenol. I have sever migraines. There are several perscription meds. that disolve on the tongue or come in liquid. If you're having more than an occasional headache, I would see a Dr.
