Drink more liquids between meals. Try some sugar free jello and pop cycles. Protein makes you feel full longer so if your not getting much food in yet and can have full liquids drink a protein shake.

Protein shakes are always great! :)

Protein, like eggs, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chicken or tuna salad with fat free mayo. As a general rule protein will help keep you full longer.

I had mine almost 4 weeks ago and have also noticed these past few days that I am hungrier and less satisfied by the smaller portions. I am back to the regular food phase. However, I'm getting my first fill in a few days so I am optimistic that that will help me pass this phase.
