In 9 Days

Hey everyone!

I'm a little nervous as I only went for my first appointment that had to do with lap band last tuesday and now I'm getting the operation in 9 days! It's all very sudden but I'm sure I'm doing the right thing. In relation to the Pre diet, it's been 5 days and I've lost 5 kgs, is that along the right lines as everyone else? I don't want to turn up to the drs and he say I haven't lost enough
