Day 4

I am coming to close if day 4 of my pre op diet and I feel like I'm going crazy!! I'm hungry, the broth is getting old and today I forgot like 5 things!! Help!!!

    I am on day one and I am not allowed broth. Lucky you! My pre op diet is 3 shakes a day plus up to an additional 225 calories of veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach etc. No root veggies.
