Insurance Through Walmart

I everyone. I am a current member and was banded on September 28. So my sister is interested in having it done but keeps insisting that her insurance will not pay. Her husband works for Walmart Didtribution and that is who her insurance is through. Anyone here work at and have insurance through Walmart?

    From what I know about Walmart they will not pay.I'm surprised to hear that they offer insurance.When my cousin got hired they had California's Medicare forms as part of the new hire paperwork.

    When I worked at Wal-Mart back in the day. They had a horrible insurance plan, so it would not be shocking that they don't cover this type of surgery.
