Foods.....help

okay yesterday i asked for some of your Gauged foods. and no one knew what i was talking about. So i am going to ask again in a different way. What foods fill you up the best? Rice and Pasta's do not count. (and i want to stay away from potatoes)

In order for me to get my first fill at 6 weeks i have to find my "gauged foods" foods that give me the best full sensation. I am suppose to start out measuring 1 cup at a time. if i am still hungry than get a 2nd cup food etc until i fill full.

So what are some foods that fill you up the best?

i've got chicken and refried beans

Anything high in protein, try fish such as halibut. Vegetables, lentils, refried and black beans.

Protein does the best job with this...everything from eggs to chicken to grilled salmon.

I seem to get hungry much sooner after after a meal when what I've had is a small salad...and my carb for the meal was romaine lettuce.

Definately protein. Tuna salad, chicken salad, & salmon steaks are some of my favorites.

Filet mignon, tilapia, deli turkey, deviled ham or chicken, turkey spaghetti sauce with mozzarella and ricotta, cottage cheese with deli ham or Greek yogurt and granola.

Cottage cheese and eggs really stave off the hunger for me

3/4's of a Peanut Butter and (husbands own) homemade SF wild blackberry jam sandwich.
