I just got banded today and haven't had that feeling. When did it started?

Call your DR to let them know.

You are healing!!!! Be patient .it wil be better.but call your dr let them know what you are feeling, there are there to help you. Hope you feel better.

I had surgery Tuesday and the biggest incision hurts quite a bit.

Watch for redness I'm not sure it should still hurt so bad!

I had the burning pain it went away bout 1 1/2 weeks

Ok I will.....thank you

Contact your surgeon. Don't leave this to chance.

I am a little over 2 weeks out and I did have that burning and soreness in my big incision for a good week or more. Now I still feel achy in that area, especially in the mornings when I wake up - I feel SO stiff in my incisions! I know it's a healing process and it takes time. I hope you were able to get in touch with your Doctor and that you are feeling better. I also used a heating pad which helped with the aches and pains.

Best wishes.

I go for my follow up appointment at 11:00 today. I plan on asking the doctor then about it. It doesnt feel warm to touch, not red. I dont know, but it is painful.

Went to my appointment and Dr said that is where he put the port and that it was probably touching some nerves. He said it would eventually burn itself out. Pain is a lot better today still sore though. He also said I may have a reoccurance with the first couple fills or if I aggregate it. But it is better.

I am glad it is better and it must be a common pain as I am also having a similar pain. I am going to call MD office today but he did tell me that the port is in the area i am feeling pain.
