Headache Help!

I know there are quite a few medications we shouldn't take due to erosion of the pouch. I get severe headaches. What can I take to subside the pain? I have one right now and it is killing me! Help!?!

Don't know if you have CVS Pharmacies where you are at, but they have an adult liquid Tylenol, it's there own brand. That is what I take.
