New Latte Lites from Dunkin Donuts

For anyone who loves a good latte, Dunkin Donuts makes latte lites which are made with skim milk and Splenda and for a small it's 0 fat, 0 sugar, 13 carbs, and only 70 calories. You can get it in different flavors (or just as a latte) like caramel, toasted marshmallow, coconut, chocolate or hazelnut (the flavor syrups i'm sure bring more calories and sugar. It tastes delicious, no bad "lite after taste." A great drink if you ever find yourself needing an afternoon pick-me-up.

Yum.. I love lattes and have been trying to stear clear since they ar liquid calories. I used to make my own but half&half that made it taste sooo good also made it soooo calorie rich.

When i use skim milk it's not that good... I hope theirs are good.

Donna, I thought the same thing!! One of those cream donuts would just fly into my mouth without any effort on my part.

I don't think I could ever step foot in a Dunkin' Donuts without gaining 10 lbs.

Krispy Kremes are 10 times worse!!!

If only I could go in yet avoid the evil, evil lure of the munchkins...
