Never Realized

My pre op diet has made me realize how much I truly love to eat and how man commercials there are on TV about food. 5 days down 3 to go!

    Be strong :) use the DVR and record your shows then you can fast forward past the visual temptations :) good luck!!

    Yep, I had the same realization. I also realized how often my online friends (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr) post about food and post PHOTOS of food. The 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery were the hardest for me, but OH SO WORTH IT!

    Being on that two week diet really does make you think I'm on day 5 and its getting a lot better but my first 2 days where bad :(
