I am absolutely starving. I feel so empty inside with no real food.

Yeah so am I. I hoping it will soon pass for both of us. People have posted that by day 5 it gets easier, we'll that's what I'm hoping for. I'm on edge just trying to focus on the end result. It's nice to be able to share the struggle with others who understand. I'm not getting much support from my family, it's discouraging but I have to think of myself.
