Buffalo Chicken

I made this buffalo chicken I found on emilybites.com, it was really good and easy to make. If you haven't tried it you should.

    Thanks for the tip, nice site, and there's actually nutritional information, that's usually the hardest part to find on recipes.

    No, not yet, but I definitely bookmarked it. Lots to choose from, but the buffalo chicken looks really good. I was going to make it this weekend, but ended up eating some shrimp and a salmon burger from Kroger. It would be nice if she has a low carb cake, the B-day is coming up next weekend :).

    I made this buffalo chicken today and it is really good, but I didn't have to do the 7-8 hours cook time, but I think my slow cooker has turned into a fast cooker, lol. The ranch helps take some of the bite off the buffalo, I like a little spicy, but not too spicy.
