    Maybe jan will be the month for you. I'm on my 4th day of the liquid diet. Down 4 pounds. It's going well for now.

    I did not have any issues with surgery or recovery. Trying to get the band adjusted has been frustrating. Just know that you will NOT wake up from surgery "thin" and the road to goal weight is different for everyone. I thought I would reach my goal in one year; maybe in two ??
