First, it would help if you filled out your profile so we can better help you.

I think the best place to start is at the easiest things to control:

-do you count calories, if so, how much do you eat a day?

-are you sticking to a cup or less of food per meal?

-are you getting in all your Protein daily?

Missy's right. Fill out your profile.

2 lbs in one day, one month, one year?

And 2 lbs is nothing btw. We can all gain 2-5 lbs in one day if we ate too much sodium, carbs or even some medications.

I vascilate up and down 1-3 lbs every few days. It's just Water weight.

I agree I can gain 2 to 3 pounds in a day then it goes down pretty fast. I lose about one pound a week and that is really good for me. Everyone is different so listen to your body and adjust. It is a learning process for all of us, you hang in there. Post in a few days and let us know how you are doing we all care. God bless

You are only just getting your second fill so you are still quite early in your banded life. Remember, this is a life change, a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time for you to get restriction and for the band to work as you expect. Keep following your dr's advice and you will be fine.
