Day 4 Of Pre Op

I'm on my 4th day of this liquid diet and I've been doing my best.I haven't been perfect but I am finding that the more days that I'm doing out the easier it's becoming. I do 1 shake on the morning for breakfast and mid morning snack I have 2 small pieces of cantaloupe, take my vitamins and then lunch have another shake then I'll have sf jello another shake and then dinner which I'll have salad with light balsamic dressing with 3 oz of chicken breast. yesterday I screwed up and had chips and salsa 1 serving only..I'm going to do better today and skip the chips and salsa.. So far I've lost 6 lbs. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think you're doing great so far!! Ok so chips and salsa aren't the best choice, but overall you're doing beautifully. Just keep focusing on the goal and keep doing what you're doing :)

Day 3 today for me and I woke up HUNGRY, and it is only 10am and I am still Hungry. Days 1 and 2 I wasn't hungry and could only get down 3 of the 4 shakes, thinking they will all be consumed today, but need to space them out!!!
