Newly Banded

My journey started July 2012 to get banded. I'm 5 10 and started at 293.. I was banded August 28 with a surgery weight of 273. I'm currently six days post op and down to 262 my goal is 160 by July of 2013.. I prepared myself by getting in the gym in may 2012 and going completely vegetarian.. I'm soooo exited for this new life I have given myself ..

Eating healthy is the correct way. We all want to hit our goals but when you put a time table on the goal, it makes it that much harder. By hard work and exercise you can do it.

Best wishes on your goal
