Pre Op Diet Help..

I am on day 3 of my pre op diet and my dr said two Protein shakes and a Soup a day.im having a hard time making it through the day!!any tips??

Also..anyone use dr smith in ft worth??

    It is mind over matter. After the fifth day it got alot easier for me. I also tried to drink 100 oz of water a day. If you get any snacks, like sugar free jello, or yogurt, eat them. You can do it!

I had my surgery done yesterday. I been taking a lot of gas x and been walking, then drifting off to sleep. But I hope all this will be worth the end results. Did u go to group this Tuesday? Maybe the next time u come down u and I can get together.
