I am having surgery in 5 days eee but I have a terrible headache I can't shake today. does anyone have any tips? I know we aren't supposed to take aspirin. Any advice will help.

Tylenol might help. Are you on a pre-op diet or going through caffeine withdrawals?

Just preop diet. I don't drink too much caffeine. I didn't think I was allowed any pain relievers cus they thin the blood? Am I wrong?

Ibuprofen and aspirin are both blood thinners, but Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not. I'd give some Tylenol a try.

I was told Tylenol is always the safe bet...if it persisted, then tylenol with a cup of caffeinated tea
