Breakfast Protiens Besides Shakes/yogurts

When I went to get a fill on Friday the doctor said that I should not bother with yogurt or protien shakes for breakfast. He said it only caused me to be starving by the time lunch comes around. He is right. The only thing is what should I eat for breakfast? I can't eat eggs because they get stuck. Does anyone have a suggestion?
