Calorie Intake Pre-Op Diet??

I am on the third day of my 2 week diet and I have been taking in 637 calories on average every day... Is that okay?

    Seems low. Depends on how you are feeling. The goal at this stage is to shrink your liver. If 1000 calories will do it why starve yourself?

    Check with your doctor or nutritionist? You should have some kind of pamphlet or manual by now?

    Its a bit low. My 5 required shakes added up to 800 so I got my other 200 from v8, broth and sugar free Popsicles
