hey! yes I do feel different after my first fill, Im not eating as much. before my fill I was eating a lot and I thought I stretched my pouch, but I didn't thank God. I was eating a lot of white chocolate and ice cream, naughty me!, that is because I wasn't taking any multi vitamins. when I saw my Dietitian she suggested that I take multi vitamins and eat more protein after my first fill, and drink more water. I feel great not hungry as much and I have a lot of energy.

Congrats - good luck on your journey!
