Nauseous

So I had a fill on Monday and am doing fine I had breakfast and two hours later I wanted to throw up is this normal or is it just me I ate oatmeal and had a little bit and couple hours later I ran to the bathroom anyone experience this?

Normally after a fill you are advised to go back to liquids for 24 hours. The oatmeal may have just been too much too soon.

I did liquids a couple of days my fill was Monday morning it's Friday I'll just give it a couple of days thanks
