a lot of people i have heard from say that they have a hard time with eating breakfast due to the band being to tight in the morning and they just drink an instant breakfast for their meal.

i have found after each filling that things change. this may be one of those changes or it may have been what you ate. on my last fill i have to cut my fried food up smaller cause it bothers me some if i dont. each fill is unique and you just have to find your footing and readjust meals.

good luch.
