Do You?

Do you eat things you shouldnt, ex: bread pasta rice, and still lose weight? Obviously not a whole lot but you really cant get away from these things... i get a veg and chicken bowl and it comes with rice.. or a chicken sandwhich and obviously bread. Sometimes i will either skip it all together or eat a little but I'm not very restricted so i kinda feel like its not taking away from anything...

I still eat bread, pasta, and rice daily. Potatoes, too. I just am just careful to eat them in moderation and within the guidelines my nutritionist gave me.[/quote']

My doctor told me rice just balls up and you have a rice ball there! Same for bread. Now, if rice is in with say a Soup, it's Ok. For me, I'm willing to give up rice and bread for good health again.

Doughnuts are bad. The pain is so not worth it.
