Greek Yogurt

I really want you start eating this but I haven't found the right brand for me. I did freeze plain in ice cube trays to add to protein shake but I can't eat it just yet. Any recommendations

Chobani with honey is like the worst one lol. It was my first pick too but the best ones in my opinion are the ones with fruit on the bottom. It really adds the sweetness to it. I LOVE Chobani pineapp

If you buy yogurt without any gelatine or thickeners in it - ie. the pot set type of stuff that develops that whey on top when it sits in the fridge, you can actually drain in a sieve lined with a chux cloth or similar for 8 to 10 hours. All the whey drains out and leaves very very thick yogurt. You can make great dips out of that - a little curry powder and sweet chilli sauce, lime and cilantro, french onion soup etc. Very yummy and healthy!

Oh you can try to sweeten it with MILO (I think that's the name) instead of crystal light

If you are not a Greek yogurt fan, I would suggest trying a fruit flavored one as opposed to plain, vanilla or honey. The fruit flavored ones IMHO are much more flavorful and sweeter. You can use the plain in recipes to boost your protein. I agree that Oikos and Chobani are my favorites.

I love the flavored Greek yogurts, but my nutritionist so no because of the sugar. The plain is too tart for me, so I started mixing it with no sugar jelly and a packet of Truvia, it's like dessert!

Try vanilla powder in your plain NF Greek yogurt. It adds all the flavor none of the alcohol taste from vanilla extract. Add some splenda for sweetness and you have low sugar/carb/cal deliciousness

Can you add flavored Torani syrups, SF?

Syrups change the texture a little bit so if you don't mind it's ok. But the best SF syrup I have found are Davinci. They make tons of SF that don't taste so "diety" and they are really spot on.
