Will it eventually go down?

I hear that drinking pineapple juice or a warm liquid helps

Your body will either push it through or cause another PB. You just have to wait it out until it's over.

I always drink warm water and throw it up

Ok so I got most of it up and felt better. About an hour later, I start to feel nauseous but figure it's probably due to empty stomach. So I eat s little and now I'm really fighting getting sick! Is this normal? Or maybe im coming down with something!!! I'm afraid to really throw up if u know what I mean! Should I just let it happen? I'm afraid of a slip. I a violent vomiter!! Ugh!!!!
