I use Optisource chewable vitamins. They are specially formulated for WLS patients. They are orange flavored and are available at Walgreens. No need to supplement with calcium, they have everything you need. I also take a biotin and b-12 daily for extra support. Biotin is great for your hair and nails, and b-12 boosts your metabolism. Best of luck!

I take the Costco brand of children's chewables and a Viative calcium. But not together. Calcium and vitamins shouldn't be taken at the same time since they can interfere with each other. Also, I take my viactive when I'm not having a laot of other calcium in my meal. The body can only absorb about 500 mg at once, so if you take it with a lot of dairy you are throwing it away.:)
