Id suggest a fill, not a pill. Most of those pills are dangerous and unhealthy as well. We should all be trying to loose weight and get our bodies as healthy as possible. Good Luck!

I take them only when I feel I need them because I don't feel restriction yet I know we need to suck it up but sometimes u need a little more help.

My doctor knows of my band and said its perfectly fine.
