Starting Now My Help Will Come Later

I been eating junk food all day thinking it's okay soon I will have WLS wrong attitude to have

I'm ready to start making a life change before I get my lap band.

Week 1 take away chips for EVER

Week 2 take away soda for EVER

Week 3 etc. By doing it this way I get myself mentally ready, so the food withdrawal won't be hard on me, yes I'm addicted to food.

Going to start working out 30 min every day and take in 64oz of Water.

I was taking in more than 2500 cal a day I will cut it down to 1500 cal.

This will start Aug. 5, 2012 I will give weekly reports on my progress

Some of you may wonder if I can do this why have WLS

I need help controlling hunger and portion size.

WE WILL REACH OUR GOALS TOGETHER HAPPY WEIGHT LOSS!!!!
