Does Anyone Else Do This?

I seem to be so very hungry when around bedtime? I eat all my protein and snack good but i wake up in the middle of the night so hungry!

Welcome to the club. I posted this same quandary a few days ago.

Got lots of great advice. I've been drinking my last Protein shake right before bed. Not waking up hungry in the middle of the night.

Now if I could figure out the carbohydrate puzzle for Protein shakes & the fits they give my blood sugar. I'm on an insulin pump & I'm pretty much on my own with programming for protein shakes on it.

Awe at least im not alone! See greek yogurt ya yuck lol! But i keep trying so many different things and nothing i mean im not gaining because of it which is good! I guess ill just not give up on this good luck guys!
