Couch 2 5K

I have been looking at several C25K apps on iTunes and I cannot decide which is the best. Can any one give me the pros and cons of the one you use. Will one of the free ones be good enough?

Yes. The one i have is called Run Double. I believe it was free and you can use it with or without your playlist. You can repeat runs if you dont feel comfortable going forward.

I use the C25K app by Zen Labs. I like it. It allows you to do a week over and you can play your music as well. You can also run the app in the background and use another app at the same time. Like for me, I use the C25K app and run my Nike+ app at the same time, that way I get my cals calculated as well as the pace.

I haven't found a "con" to it. Overall I'm pleased. And you can also share your achievement on social networks. Plus it doesn't kill the battery.

Good luck :)

I use the same one lalaj uses. I have the free version and one thing I don't like is that it doesn't post much to my facebook. I have a group of friends who are real supportive and it just simply says that I completed the day. I am a big fan of the Runkeeper app. Not a couch to 5k one but I enjoy it.

I use Ease into 5k. I like the intervals better than C25k. I love that I can listen to my own music! Great ap.
