Completed An Entire Workout

I was banded in April and lot 55 lbs. I weighed myself for my this morning and didn't lose anything from last weeks weigh in. I was feeling upset but instead of eating whatever I could get my hands on I went to the gym. I completed an entire ActivTrax workout for the first time. Entire body workout with weights and 40 mins cardo. I struggled some but I did it and feeling pretty darn good!!!

Great job! Not only did you resist your (previously) normal response, you achieved a terrific goal!!!

Great Job!! It's great when you realize you've changed. I've found that it is better to work out your emotions by working out. I had the worst day 1.5 months ago when I had to say goodbye to my dog of nearly 15 years. She meant the world to me. But instead of going and eating junk, I went to my kickboxing class and did 2 classes. It made me temporarily forget my pain. Also my trainer who was teaching the first class knew she needed to give me a great class to forget my pain..LOL

This is what I do now. And I love it!

That's awesome!! You probably feel 100x better now
