Right Size Smoothies

Has anyone tried these?

My grandma bought the gallon of vanilla powder then decided to go for a diffrent diet so she gave it to me.

Its a protien shake and full of Vitamins plus a weightloss supplement. You just add it to 8 oz of skim milk. Or 100% juice and replace 2 meals a day with it. Just wondered if anyone has used it before. I am going to start it tommorrow and see what happens. I've been sitting at the same weight for three weeks can't hurt to try it.

I've never tried them, but have heard of them. I would think as slong as they don't have a real high sugar content that they could be very helpful.
