Stuck

I ate a Starbucks breakfast sandwich which has never been an issue. Well I got a fill shortly after and wasn't able to keep water down. Went back lost 13lbs in 2.5 days to have some fluid taken out of my band. Was feeling much better but now when I'm on my left side I slime and I think It's bread from the sandwich any suggestions on how to get rid of this stuck bread or to get it to break down and pass ?

It sounds like you ate the bread a few days ago? I am guessing the bread is no longer there, but I would call my surgeon and ask anyways. No question is a dumb question.

For future reference, I was told not to eat anything from 2-4 hours prior to a fill because they don't want food to be left above the pouch or physically stuck in the pouch if they tighten the band down.

wow... i'd think it would go down.

Try pinapple juice..

Can you drink water ok. Drink a lot of water?

Seriously.. I was stuck once for a couple of days. Not plugged tight but felt like there was something there. It finally passed.

You might want to give your dr. a call.
