My first fill is tomorrow and I'm kinda nervous about the needle, but I'm really wondering about eating before hand. My appointment isn't till 11am and I am usually starving hen I wake up in the mornings. Is it okay to eat breakfast or is it like surgery don't eat anything after midnight?

They tell me not to eat anything from a couple of hours before the fill. I would think if you just eat your normal breakfast at 7 or 8 am., you'd be fine. I think they just don't want your pouch full of food when you come for the fill.
