Yes, i eat them when i'm "busy" or lazy lol They are perfect lapband portions. I normally add a fruit to it or sugar free pudding : )

The downfall is they do have MSG ( chicken ones ) and alot of sodium. But overall the taste isn't bad. They have alot to pick from.

Yes, in fact I eat them a lot. I find though a bit high in sodium sometimes, they're a good bandster portion for quick meals,

I also eat them occasionally. The main problem I find is that they have lots of rice/pasta/sauce and very little meat.

I do eat them for work lunches or if I'm lazy at dinner. Portion size is just right! But yes as Elcee says, many don't have a lot of protein so I would look at the nutritional info to see which have the most.

I ate lean cuisines before I started this so at least I like them, I think most of them taste pretty good or maybe it's because it's not a protein shake that I welcome them, lol. They are high in sodium and wish they had more protein, maybe we need to write them about that! lol But the sodium is to help in freezing them I think and the portions are great for banding, I will continue to use them in the future I'm sure!

I've never cared for the "healthier" frozen Entrees, and especially now would be looking at the nutrition label closely.

I'ts just as easy for me to purchase a rotisserie chicken and a pre-made basic fresh salad, probably stems from how I was raised.

My mother and my grandmother before her were into healthy eating and avoiding sugars, sodium, and processed foods in general years ahead before it became mainstream.

Thanks for the responses. I don't plan to use them often...but I think I am going to include them when needed.
