Does Anyone Feel Like This?

Ok so i started the high protein shakes & when ever I first start to drink 1 i feel like it so heavy on my tummy, So has anyone had this feeling?

    Yes, I understand. I can't even get 4 in in a day because I feel like I'm trying to force it down and it doesnt want to go. I did try to have some crystal-light lemonade today to chase it down and that tasted really good!

    it depends on how the protein shake is prepared. I make my own. Mine are made with 6-8 oz of fat-free milk and 1 scoop powder. I have a Blender Bottle so I just put on the lid and shake, shake, shake. Once I get it all mixed up it's like drinking flavored milk.
