Hi y'all. I had my 3rd fill on Friday. I think I am feeling constriction but I am unsure. So I'm wondering what does it feel like when you over eat? I know the stuck feeling it's happened 2x so does it feel like that or something else? My doctor said he doesn't want me to calorie count or portion control he wants me to "listen to my body". So, idk. I'm down 30 pounds and I'm 72 days post op. Is this on track or slow? Ugh I am at a loss.

I was banded on 4/12/12 and I've lost 33 pounds. So at 72 days, sounds like you're doing pretty good! Congrats!

My third fill is next week, I've lost 31 pounds. I'm not at restriction so I don't know what overeating feels like but I hear it's a chest heaviness.
