Need help in trying to do some meals in the crock pot with chicken

Try this it is simple and really good.

4 - boneless skinless chicken breast

1 - can of corn drained

1 - can black Beans drained

1 - jar of salsa whatever kind you like

Place the chicken on the botton pour the corn and beans on top and then the jar of salsa. Turn on low for eight hours and when it is done you can shread the chicken and there you go. Even if you don't like black beans you will like this. You can add in whatever else you like. I like to add chilies and low fat sour cream on the top before I serve it. You can also freeze what you don't eat.

chicken Stroganoff

Four FROZEN chicken breasts

16 Ounce Fat Free Sour Cream

1 Can Light Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Chicken soup

1 Package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Cook on low for seven hours

Boil some whole wheat noodles and top with the chicken stroganoff. One of my family's favorites even if they're not dieting.
