Does anyone have a problem eating fruit? Every time I try I get sick I have a 14cc band and have had two fills so I'm at 7cc now. I chew really good and every time it comes back up.

I had fresh blueberries and raspberries in my cottage this morning for breakfast.

  • I think fruit is difficult as it is hard to chew. A lot of it, especially summer fruits have that really smooth slippery texture that you literally cannot get your teeth into and so you end up swallow

When I was on mushies I mashed a banana and it was the most disgusting think to look at. I try to eat it but I got nauseous.

I've tried mangos and strawberries in smoothies.

Now I am able to eat bananas and watermelon that I've tried so far but I choose to stay away from fruit because of the high sugar and carb content.

I like unsweetened applesauce. Filling & cool.

Strawberries today. It's hot here! Everyone has to find what works for them. :)

Aye. Kids know what's good until they are brainwashed to love junk. Most 2 year-olds get better nutrition than most 20 year-olds, just as a matter of course for growth and health. It's crazy. :)
