Hello everyone I wish everyone luck on this road to a healthy lifestyle and maybe we can all support each other on here

best wishes to those on their journey! i'm getting banded in 6 days so i'm excited!

the time leading up to the surgery while your doing all your tests and stuff goes by super fast! before you know it, you will be getting ready for surgery! so hang in there! i suggest getting used to eating a little healthier. i dunno if your surgeons put you on a diet or not (mine did... pretty strict... for the month or 2 before while i did everything), but its a good idea so you start getting used to it. i'm on all liquids right now (for 2 weeks pre-op) and it was good i eased into it!
