Yogurt Dessert

Ok, some of you probably already have this but I'm fairly new but just tried this and it's yummy.

1 individual container of plain greek yogurt

2 1/2 Tbls Splenda

2 Tbls of sugar free carmel sauce

Stir splenda in yogurt to make sweet and then top with sauce, tastes like pralines n cream ice cream...yummy

I love yogurt!

I buy the non fat plain yogurt 32oz container and mix in Sugar free pudding mix. Cheesecake flavor and Banana cream are really good!

I will have to try your idea soon! Yummy, but now the question ..am I over eating yogurt?

Sounds yummy

I will try your idea with the sf puddings, yummy. Thanks for the idea, it helps me get Protein in since the only thing I'm eating now just two weeks after surgery is fish and canned chicken, well 2 and half weeks. My doc sent me home with a diet of first 24 hrs all liquid then mushies till this past Wed then regular food. I sometimes do a Protein shake for Breakfast if I don't do an egg. I can't wait to try your ideas.
